Fruit bars with BERTRAND

Cooking with BERTRAND – it’s absolutely possible. And it also tastes totally fantastic. Whether a tasty smoothie bowl, healthy fruit bars or delicious pancakes. With BERTRAND (almost) everything is possible. And to prove it to you, we will now start having some delicious recipes on our Youtube channel for you from time to time. Delicious meals that sound elaborate but are very simple and to which BERTRAND adds a wonderful flavor!

Granola bars were yesterday, why don’t you try our delicious fruit bars? They are full of vitamins and taste fantastic. The dates give the bars a pleasant sweetness and dried berries make them fruity. And thanks to BERTRAND they also contain additional nutrients according to NRV (Nutrient Reference Values). Whether as a small breakfast, in the lunch break or in between – our fruit bars always work and are super quick and easy to make at home. Try it out!

Ingredients for the fruit bars

  • 1 Tasse Datteln
  • 1 Tasse BERTRAND vegan
  • 2-3 TL getrocknete Himbeeren
  • 2-3 TL getrocknete Erdbeeren
  • 2-3 TL getrocknete Brombeeren
  • Feigen
  • Apfelsaft
  • Esspapier

Mische in einem Mixer je eine Tasse Datteln und eine Tasse BERTRAND zu einer homogenen Masse miteinander.

Füge die getrockneten Beeren hinzu. Püriere die Masse mit ewas Apfelsaft und Feigen.

Gib die Masse zwischen zwei Backpapierblätter und drücke sie gleichmäßig flach. Das geht zum Beispiel mit einem großen Holzbrett

Die Fruchtriegelmasse mit Esspapier belegen und die Reste mit einem Messer entfernen. (Kleiner Tipp: Was du mit den Resten machen kannst, erwartet dich im nächsten Rezepte-Video).

Die Fruchtriegel umdrehen, auf der anderen Seite auch das Esspapier verteilen. Nun nur noch in gewünschte Riegel oder Stücke schneiden und genießen.
