  • 125g agave/sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 120g BERTRAND Classic
  • 80g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 heaped tbsp
  • baking cocoa
  • 150ml vegetable milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

So it goes:
As a first step, the butter or margarine are given in a pot. Directly to it comes the sugar or agave.

This combo is now thoroughly mixed.

Now your multitasking ability is called for, because while you are stirring, the eggs are added one after the other.

Next there is a short mix break. Namely, the dark chocolate must be chopped small. (Tip: If you nibble meanwhile only very little of it, it is not noticeable. But a little bit what should already land in the dough.)

The chocolate is now also added to the dough, as well as BERTRAND Classic. Also right on board: flour, baking powder, baking cocoa, salt and the vegetable milk. All in, so to speak.

This must now be mixed properly, of course, which is why we continue to mix diligently.

Before all the fun in the oven comes, is first greased a muffin tray and the dough divided as fairly as possible. (A slightly larger muffin can also be there, after all, you have to try before you present your work to the guests.)

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees towards their final shape and after about 30 minutes they are ready.
