Subscription term and cancellation

Your subscription runs for an indefinite period. You may cancel it at any time with three weeks' notice to the end of the month, unless otherwise stated in the respective offer. The same right applies to us.

You can cancel at any time yourself in your customer account. Alternatively, an informal declaration in text form is sufficient, for example by email to hey@bertrand.bio.

In your customer account you can also pause your subscription at any time, postpone a delivery date or change the delivery quantity.

The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.

Deliveries already paid for but not yet dispatched will be refunded after a valid cancellation. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected; details can be found in our refund policy.
