Savoury BERTRAND dip

Sometimes, BERTRAND is more than just a shake that contains all of the important nutrients you need. With a little creativity, it can be used as an ingredient as well. Today we have a recipe for a savoury BERTRAND dip that will also work well at the next barbeque party.

Savoury BERTRAND dip with avocado

Two EL BERTRAND classic
One ripe avocado
A splash of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
As desired, some garlic or chili flakes
Water for mixing


Halve the avocado and separate the flesh from the peel. Season the avocado and mash in a bowl with the lemon juice. Add the BERTRAND and stir in with a little water. Serve immediately or cover in the refrigerator for an hour. The BERTRAND gives the dip a pleasantly nutty note and a delicious crunch.

The avocado is a butterfruit that is rich in unsaturated fatty acids that give us a pleasant feeling of satiety. For vegans, it can also serve as a vegetable protein source.
