Simple pancakes from the shaker
Pancakes are popular not only nationwide, but all over the world in one form or another. This also certainly because they succeed easily and are often one of the recipes that we learn as children.
Also with our recipe you can prepare this tasty dish as easy as pie.
Servings: 4 pancakes

Pancakes with BERTRAND
- 100g Bertrand Classic
- 50g oat flakes
- 50g flour
- 200ml vegetable milk
- 2 eggs
- honey to taste (optional)
- oil for the pan
- apple slices (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)

More InformationBertrand Classic, oatmeal, flour, vegetable milk, eggs and honey in order in the BERTRAND shaker and shake well. (If no shaker available simply stir well in a bowl.)
Then heat oil in a frying pan.
Then pour some of the mixture from the shaker into the pan and spread apple slices on top if desired.
Wait until the bottom side is browned to a golden brown, then flip the pancake until both sides are evenly cooked.
Serving tip: Optionally, you can sprinkle the pancake with cinnamon or/and provide a bowl of honey as a dip.
