Still no idea what to do for your or your loved one on Valentine’s Day? Then here is a last minute recipe for a delicious and juicy cake for Valentine’s Day. We used a heart shape for the occasion, but of course a normal round or square shape will do. The cake is ready super fast in less than an hour and who can say no to chocolate and strawberries?
Even if you don’t have a partner with whom you can celebrate Valentine’s Day or you don’t want to celebrate it, you can still bake our cake. Then ideally you will even get more of it. Either way, BERTRAND wishes you a wonderful February 14th!

Last Minute Cake For Valentine's Day

  1. 50 gr BERTRAND classic nature
  2. 150 ml oat milk
  3. 150 gr Agave
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 50 ml sunflower oil
  6. 150 gr flour
  7. 1 sachet baking powder
  8. 20 gr vanilla powder
  9. 100 g dark chocolate
  10. 100 gr milk chocolate
  11. 1 tsp Whoopsy! cocoa powder
  12. 150 gr butter at room temperature
  13. 100 gr cream cheese
  14. 2-3 teaspoons Whoopsy! strawberry powder
  15. 5-6 drops of vanilla extract
  16. 150 gr powdered sugar

Beat the agave with the eggs in a bowl for 3-4 minutes until foamy.
Add 100 ml of milk and oil and stir the mixture. Then fold in the flour, BERTRAND, baking powder and vanilla powder and mix with a mixer or hand mixer.
Chop or break chocolate into small pieces. With the Whoopsy! Add cocoa powder to the bowl and mix the dough properly. Then brush the mould sufficiently with butter.
Put the dough into the form and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the topping: mix 150 gr of room warm butter with 100 g of cream cheese until a creamy mixture is obtained. Whoopsy! Add the strawberry powder and the vanilla extract, mix again and then add the powdered sugar and the remaining oat milk to the mixture. Mix well with the kissing machine.
Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down briefly, spread with the topping and enjoy. If you like, you can also decorate the cake noc, for example with the Whoopsy! Strawberry Slices Happy Valentine’s Day!
