  1. Cut the bananas into small pieces and add them to a blender along with the pumpkin purée, peanut butter, BERTRAND and plant-based milk.

  2. Now it’s time to make the pumpkin spice: Mix the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves together in a bowl.

  3. Add a teaspoon of the spice to the mixture in the blender and blend your smoothie.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, decorate with muesli, coconut yogurt and desiccated coconut, and enjoy.

Did you know?

Pumpkin purée can now be bought in many countries, but making it yourself is almost just as easy: Simply halve any pumpkin (for example Hokkaido, as it does not need to be peeled), remove the seeds and filling, and then cut it into small pieces. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the pumpkin is soft, then purée it. Any leftover pumpkin purée can also be frozen very well or used to make pumpkin soup. It’s best to set aside some of the purée and the homemade pumpkin spice for our next recipe.
