  1. Beat the agave syrup and eggs in a bowl for 3–4 minutes until frothy.

  2. Add 100 ml milk and oil and stir the mixture. Then fold in the flour, BERTRAND, baking powder, and vanilla powder, and mix with a blender or hand mixer.

  3. Chop or break the chocolate into small pieces. Add it to the bowl with the Whoopsy! cocoa powder and mix the batter thoroughly. Then grease the pan generously with butter.

  4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180 degrees.

  5. For the topping: Mix 150 g room-temperature butter with 100 g cream cheese until a creamy mixture forms. Add the Whoopsy! strawberry powder and the vanilla extract, mix again, then add the powdered sugar and the remaining oat milk to the mixture. Mix well with a food processor.

  6. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool briefly, spread with the topping, and enjoy. If you like, you can also decorate the cake, for example with the Whoopsy! strawberry slices. Happy Valentine's Day!

Did you know?

The tradition surrounding and celebrating Valentine's Day is quite old. Every country has its own customs and gifts for this day. Whether Valentine's Day cards as in the USA, homemade chocolate in Japan, or flowers and chocolates in Western Europe. In Finland, for example, February 14 is celebrated as Friendship Day, when people send cards or small gifts to people they like. The origins of Valentine's Day probably date back to Saint Valentine of Terni, who married soldiers in the 3rd century who were forbidden to marry before going to war.
