Today we dedicate ourselves to a delicious smoothie punch with pumpkin and autumnal spices. You can enjoy the bowl for breakfast, as a quick lunch or in the evening in front of the TV.
Time required: 10-15 min
- 1/2 cup BERTRAND
- 1/2 cup of milk (or a vegetable alternative)
- 2 bananas
- 3 tsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 3 teaspoons clove powder
- 4 teaspoons ginger
- 4 teaspoons nutmeg
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- For the topping: muesli, coconut yoghurt and coconut shavings
