That’s why we have a recipe for you today that is super easy. You have most of the ingredients at home anyway. Now there’s no excuse to stop you from baking cookies. Because so few ingredients are needed, you can start right away. Have fun with our last minute cookie recipe!
- Servings: 10-20 Cookies
- Time required: 20 min (+30 min Resting time)
- Difficulty: easy
Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl
Mix the ingredients with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes. You can cover it with a tea towel.
Dust a flat, clean surface with flour.
Roll den Teig darauf glatt aus.
Now you can cut out small circles from the dough with a glass. Place the cookies on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake the biscuits for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Depending on how thick your biscuits are, this can affect the baking time.
Leave the biscuits to rest for a little while and mix icing sugar and lemon juice to a creamy mixture. Apply the icing to the biscuits. When the icing is dry, the biscuits are ready. Bon appetit!
Did you know that?
Of course, cookies are not the healthiest thing you can bake. But they make you happy and fit in with the holiday season. Instead of our glass, you can use Christmas cookie cutters. To prevent the dough from sticking to the edge of the cookie cutters or glass, simply dust the edges with a little flour. You can also decorate the biscuits with colourful crumbles. There are no limits to your imagination.
