That’s why we have a recipe for you today that is super easy. You have most of the ingredients at home anyway. Now there is no excuse to stop you from baking cookies. Ingredients for The Biscuits With BERTRAND

  1. 200 gr flour
  2. 125 gr butter
  3. 125 ml water
  4. 2 tsp salt
  5. 85 gr Agave
  6. 50 gr BERTRAND
  7. For the glaze: Icing sugar and lemon juice

Mix all ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl
Mix the ingredients with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. You can cover it with a tea towel.
Dust a flat, clean surface with flour.
Roll out the dough until smooth.
Now you can cut out small circles from the dough with a glass. Put the cookies on a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Depending on how thick your cookies are, this can affect the baking time.
Let the cookies rest for a little while and mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to a creamy mixture. Apply the icing to the cookies. When the icing is dry, the cookies are ready. Bon appetite!

Cookies are of course not the healthiest thing you can bake. But they make you happy and fit into the Christmas season. Instead of our glass, you can also use Christmas cookie cutters. To prevent the dough from sticking to the edge of the cookie cutters or the glass, just dust the edges with a little flour. You can also decorate the cookies with colorful crumbles. There are no limits to your imagination.
